Account Security

Deposit Conditions

General Bonus Rules

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before bonus funds or any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the promotion's individual terms.

Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances (including any pending withdrawals), and may result in further legal action where applicable.

Fraud and Financial Crime

• Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment methods to make deposits.
• Initiating chargebacks or payment reversals fraudulently after funds have been used for gambling activity.
• Attempting to use bd9876 to launder funds derived from illegal activity (money laundering).

Platform Manipulation

This licence does not grant you any right to reproduce, redistribute, sell, publish, frame, mirror, scrape, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform's content without bd9876's prior written consent.

Force Majeure

bd9876 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond bd9876's reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, power outages, internet service provider failures, government actions, civil unrest, or any other event that falls outside the scope of bd9876's operational control.

Maximum Liability

Where bd9876's liability to you cannot be wholly excluded under applicable law, bd9876's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bd9876 account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Either party — the Player or bd9876 — may close a player account. The procedures and consequences of closure differ depending on which party initiates it and the reason for closure.

Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your bd9876 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Before closing your account, please ensure that all pending withdrawal requests have been processed and that no active bonus wagering requirements are outstanding. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your primary payment method. Closure by bd9876

• bd9876 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse.
• The Player has failed to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a withdrawal request.

Where bd9876 closes an account due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account may be withheld pending investigation. Where the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the balance will be returned promptly.

bd9876 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes to these Terms will be effective from the date they are published on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bd9876 is incorporated as an offshore entity. bd9876 does not operate under a Bangladesh-issued gaming licence; players access the Platform from Bangladesh on their own initiative and at their own risk.

The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect and shall be interpreted so as to give the fullest possible effect to the original intent of the parties.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with bd9876's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and bd9876 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between the parties relating to the same subject matter.
